Fernando Torres Arrested
It's been reported that Chelsea's Fernando Torres was arrested on Monday in west London for throwing 20 petrol bombs. Police confirmed they all missed the target :)
You have been pretty quiet on this blog.I am still trying to get over Arsenal's thrashing by Man U.When Man U start their 'young' lineup it has been amazing so far this season.The skill with speed may give Barcelona a run for their money.
As far as Arsenal ... it looks like a long season.
Hi Doug. Sorry yes I have been quiet. I am unmotivated at the moment mate. Arsenal have got a long one ahead of them indeed. 2 good signings in the window might help but surely a goalkeeper had to be a priority.
I am not sure if you still monitor this blog.Congratulations to your boys on a truly amazing performance today against Barcelona.I must admit I was out of my seat when Torres scored.Strangely,Barcelona would not adapt as the game progressed.Roberto Di Matteo definitely out coached Pep Guardiola.Will he return next year?
Lots of talking points.The usual diving and acting.Messi missing a penalty and giving the ball too many times.John Terry ... well it was stupid but it was also a dive.
I think Torres may be arrested by the Barcelona Police!
Good luck in Munich.Do you guys have enough players for the Final?
Hello Doug,cheers for the comment. I'm delighted and I've booked up for Munich. Just got to hope I qualify for a match ticket now as its a crap allocation. Totally drained watching that and in tears at the final whistle. There's nothing like making it easy is there!
Ya gotta post about your Munchen experience.Off to my right is a 1 litre mug I 'borrowed' from the Hofbrauhaus in 1973.And how the h*ll did your boys win?Then how the h*ll did they get to the final.Amazing.Maybe God is a Chelsea supporter!
